May Rosenthal Sloan is a curator, writer and educator, based in Glasgow. For London’s Kitchen, May edited a publication inspired by Park Royal, in collaboration with graphic designer Kajsa Ståhl of Åbäke. ‘London’s Kitchen – Industry, Culture and Space in Park Royal’ features contributions from Catherine Flood, Anissa Helou, Zarina Muhammad, Riaz Phillips, Tian Khee Siong and Tim Strangleman–It considers Park Royal’s crucial role, its heritage, its legacy and the importance of its workers, at a pivotal moment in its history.
